About Ryan Clark

Ryan Clark is a writer, speaker, and researcher whose work explores the choices, relationships, and stories that shape who we become. He holds a doctorate from Columbia Theological Seminary and an M.Div. from Mercer University, where he spent thousands of hours studying young adult decision-making and identity formation. His writing spans academic scholarship, popular publications, and practical resources for leaders and faith communities.

As cohost of the Touch Podcast, Ryan is known for pairing thoughtful insight with a generous sense of humor. He currently serves as Director of Partner Engagement at Atlanta Habitat for Humanity. Ryan lives in Decatur, Georgia, with his family and a menagerie of rescue pets. When he’s not writing, speaking, or working in the nonprofit sector, you’ll likely find him in his woodworking shop or cheering from the sidelines as a proud marching band dad.
